Help the CLLA protect your profession by donating today to the Political Action Committee! The PAC helps us actively support and advocate your interests. 

The CLLA PAC:

• Uses the funds raised to support candidates for the United States Senate and House of Representatives who help promote the CLLA's legislative issues -- including, but not limited to: bankruptcy and insolvency issues, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and commercial collections issues, and privacy.
• Can only receive individual contributions (personal checks) or checks from business entities that are taxed as partnerships (e.g., law firms set up as a traditional partnership, an LLP or LLC).
• Contributions are not deductible for state or federal income tax purposes.
