Mr. Denaburg is a Senior Shareholder, practices in the Firm’s Corporate and Business Law, Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Insolvency and Restructuring Groups.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama. He received his B.S. and J.D. from the University of Alabama in 1956. He is admitted to the Alabama State Bar, the United States Court of Military Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, and has been active in the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators, having served as President. He is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar (Bankruptcy and Insolvency Section) and the Commercial Law League of America (Bankruptcy and Insolvency Section) and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Denaburg has mediated over 1,000 disputes and participates in over 250 arbitrations. He is a frequent lecturer for the University of Alabama, Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Institute for C.L.E. He is certified in Business Bankruptcy Law and Creditors’ Rights Law by the American Board of Certification.
Mr. Denaburg enjoys fishing, snow skiing and horseback riding. He and his wife, Jan, live in Mountain Brook, Alabama.
